Is telehealth appropriate for all medical conditions?
No. Some conditions require in-person examination, diagnostic testing, or emergency evaluation. Patients may be advised to seek in-person appointment or emergency care when clinically indicated.
Can prescriptions be provided?
Do you offer lab testing or imaging services?
No. Coastline Virtual Urgent Care does not provide in house laboratory testing or imaging services. We do refer to your local Quest lab if labs are ordered by your provider if clinically appropriate.
Do you replace my primary care provider?

Yes. All visits are conducted using HIPAA-compliant technology designed to protect the privacy and security of personal health information.
How can I request a copy of my medical records?
Patients may request a copy of their medical records by submitting a written request in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Requests will be processed within the timeframes required by state and federal regulations.

Refund Policy
Visit fees cover professional medical evaluation and are non-refundable once the consultation has begun.
