In-person visits on select days of the week when clinically appropriate, allowing patients to connect with a licensed healthcare provider from the comfort of home, work, or while traveling in Massachusetts.

Scope of Services
When a condition cannot be safely or appropriately managed through telehealth, patients will be advised to seek in-person evaluation, diagnostic testing, or emergency care as medically indicated.
Telehealth services do not replace the need for in-person medical care when physical examination, diagnostic testing, imaging, or hands-on evaluation is required to ensure safe and effective treatment for complex conditions.
